Founded by Karen Z. Gray in 2003 and located in Lake Forest, Illinois, Silly Sandals is a company devoted to celebrating the lighter side of life as expressed in our whimsical and original sandal designs.
It all began with our chic, signature grape sandal which was inspired by happy times spent in Napa Valley. After dozens of people asked where they could buy a pair, we stepped up to the challenge and "the original theme-based sandal" was off and running.
Today, Silly Sandals is rapidly designing and manufacturing sandals that are uniquely dedicated to special events, holidays, sports, charitable causes, hobbies and more. Our custom-design department is busy accommodating groups, schools, associations and corporations whose members and employees are flipping for our one-of-a-kind designs that are overtaking the standard t-shirt as the preferred group accessory gift.

While in Northern Minnesota last summer I came across some really
cool sandals that were royal blue with baseballs and blue bears across the
straps. Perfect for my sons' baseball team colors! I bought a pair and
tucked them away in my closet for this spring's baseball season. What a hit
they were with all the moms! I decided to look you up on the internet and
silly as it sounds, you are located very close to Burlington, WI; imagine a
gem like your company right in my own back yard! Bravo to you for making
life fun for moms like me! My high school boys even think these sandals are
sweet!
